A QWEENZ team member reviews your application and schedules a video interview with you in your preferred language. If both sides want to move forward, we send a contract, and onboarding begins once it's signed.

Payments are processed through the Passionly platform and sent directly to you via your preferred method: SEPA, ACH, SWIFT, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins. Withdrawal schedules are discussed during onboarding.

The full breakdown is in your contract, and we'll walk you through it before you sign. The general structure: Passionly takes a 25% platform fee on transactions, QWEENZ takes its contracted percentage on top of that, and you keep the rest. Every number is shown to you upfront.
